Total weight loss: 25 1/2 pounds Yesterday was another “on-track” day. I think that huge weight loss scared me into keto-compliance. It has been quite a few months since I started this plan, and I really hate going backwards and seeing negative progress (now there’s an oxymoron!). It just seems like I’m wasting my time…
Total weight loss: 29 1/2 pounds Yesterday was a typical day at work. I had yogurt for breakfast and a BLT for lunch. Okay, it was actually a bacon, spinach and tomato, so a BST. I made the sandwich in a low carb tortilla and add some mayo. It’s delish! I had some almonds for…
Total weight loss: 24 pounds. Next weigh-in: Saturday, April 28th FRIDAY! I started the morning with low carb yogurt, and I had 2 Beddar Cheddar sausages for lunch. After work, we went searching for a place to relax for drinks and dinner outside. It’s our favorite end-of-the-workweek thing to do. We went to U.S. 12….
Total weight loss: 24 pounds. Next weigh-in: Saturday, April 28th Wednesday started with a low carb yogurt. I came prepared for lunch, 2 beddar cheddars. HOWEVER, there were lots and lots of leftover creme-filled donuts from a class at work. I didn’t want to cheat, but I wanted one bad. So I ate the creme…

Total weight loss: 26.5 pounds. Next weigh-in: Saturday, April 21st Yesterday was day two of my back to work week. I didn’t feel much like breakfast, so I ate a low carb yogurt. I had a late lunch of two Beddar Cheddar sausages. After visiting my dad at the hospital, Rick and I went out…
Total weight loss: 26.5 pounds. Next weigh-in: Saturday, April 21st Tuesday it was back to work for me. I haven’t been working the keto plan as well as I used to be. I eat too little, I splurged on the wrap yesterday, I went totally off while sick last week, and I’m not planning good,…
Total weight loss: 21.5 pounds Next weigh-in: Saturday, April 7th I skipped breakfast since I was busy and not very hungry. My appetite is definitely waning this week. For lunch, I ate 2 beddar cheddars. After work, I had an impromptu hair appointment. I was pretty hungry and we had time to explore Plymouth, so…
Total weight loss: 21.5 pounds Next weigh-in: Saturday, April 7th I spent Sunday morning and evening at work, and the afternoon sorting molding for the Drexel house. FUN. I skipped breakfast (I know, I know, that’s not good). I wanted to get this book deadline sewed up so I could relax. After working a couple…
Total weight loss: 21.5 pounds Next weigh-in: Sat., March 31st Yesterday was Sunday and it was a day of accomplishment. We stayed home for breakfast, but I awoke with lots on my mind. I still had lots of paperwork to get in order for my dad, I had items to complete a the rental house,…
